Hunter’s Garden Preserve Rules:

– Membership price $2,000.00. Available for a limited time.
– Membership includes, access to the Fields, Barn, and Amenities by reservation from Oct. 15-March 31st. 
Birds: $35/pheasant, $25/chukar, $30/Hungarian Partridge.
– Membership starts Oct. 15 and ends March 31. No access to property from April 1 to Oct. 14.
– Schedule all hunts by reservation 72 hours in advance through the web calendar.
Please schedule visits/tours
prior to arrival to ensure there are no conflicts.
Reservation cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to
a $50 fee.
Emergencies or unsuitable weather conditions are exempt.
All reservations through March 31st
must be confirmed by March 5th.
– Guides are available to those without dogs. All hunters must abide by guide’s instructions for safety purposes.
Hunts require a minimum of 5 Birds. Members may take all birds released plus 2 extra in the event more are flushed.
Every Bird taken over the additional 2 will be charged $15/bird.

– Maximum of four shooters per field.
– Guest Policy: Guest fee is $50 with a minimum release of 5 birds per guest. Each guest must sign a one-time waiver.
Upon request the guest fee for immediate family members can be waived by management.


1. Obey all game laws.
2. All hunters must have a hunting license or a hunter’s safety training course certificate
3. All hunters must sign in and out, list guests, birds released, and birds taken.
4. Have dogs remain in vehicle until at designated hunting field.
5. No driving off gravel road and park only in designated areas.
6. Hunters must remain in their booked fields; no Hunting Buffer Zones.
7. Break open shotguns only. No semi-automatics.
8. Empty shotgun shells must be picked up by hunter.
9. Undressed birds need Forms before leaving the preserve.
